Help!! Asrock Z87 Killer Issues

    ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty Z87 Killer LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Gaming Motherboard​

    Pc will not finish booting, continues to run. This has been happening for sometime. I would have to kill it and reboot several times and finally it would boot up. Just changed power supply, no change. This PC is a custom DYI. My son built it and has ran several tests, including breadboarding it. Any help appreciated.​

    What should I do?
