HELP! no floppy after bios flash!

hello, i have an problem on my ic7-g
everything worked well, but since i flashed my bios my floppy wont work! i flashed it to the newest bios, and i cant flash it back because my floppy wont work!

specs
p4 mhz
abit ic7-g
2x256 mb pc4000 kingston HyperX
hercules 9800@pro

plz help me, cuz i want to flash my videocard...

I am running the newest bios on the IC7-G and have not lost the floppy operation. did you clear the CMOS with the jumper with all power removed after flashing?
