Help! Raid array not recognized after O'C.

For some reason or another, I cannot overclock, not even one mhz, without
encountering the problem of the Intel RAID controller not recognizing my 2
    120gb Western Digital hard drives in a RAID-0 array. I have a 2.6c with
stock cooling on an Abit IC7-G. I've never used RAID before on any other
system, is this normal? I would be extremely disappointed if it was. I
can't see how it would be a heat issue when it happens only when I change it
by one mhz. The drives just don't appear. Thanks for any help.

Did you lock your agp/pci in the bios?

Well, now I have, and it works like a charm. Sailing along at
    3.2ghz...thanks a lot.
