hey My packard bell P.c has Norton Goback on it, anyway i put on my p.c but it would not load to windows as it usually does instead a new page came up saying Goback internal Error Failure code: gb_genlog(175) press any key to contiue..... this has never happened before so i tried to unhook Goback with the bootable cd i created and still nothing. Does anyone know any way i could fix this and remove Goback without losing all my files currently on the P.c....the P.c is quite new i've only had it for 7 months
