Help with Dimension E520.

Well, I have looked everywhere and it seems here would be the best place to ask. I am going to give me E520 an overhaul (New motherboard, CPU, more RAM, and a larger power supply) and I'm wondering if the Micro ATX mobo will fit in the standard E520 case... Because if not I'm screwed. Here is the mobo I plan on getting. new egg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121394 (remove spaces between new and egg) Any advice would be of HUGE help.
