I recently ran SiSoft Sandra 2004 Pro's memory benchmarking to see how fast
some new PC3200 DDR ran. The results were:

    Memory Bandwidth Benchmark:
    Ram Bandwidth Int Buffered iSSE2 4468 MB/s
Ram Bandwidth Float Buffered iSSE2 4458/MB/s

I noticed under the Performance Tips sections that the follow tip was

Notice 5406 - System bandwidth appears memory limited. Attempt to use
    higher-performance memory

System bandwidth appears to be memory limited. Generally this means that
memory bandwidth is 50% FSB bandwidth, this CPU is starved. This generally
indicates a mismatch between memory and system. Note that this does not
indicate that memory timings are wrong, but the memory itself is slow.

This new memory that I installed were 2 Infinion PC-3200 (400 MHz)
Dual-Channel DDR DIMMs (1 GB per DIMM). Could I have something configured
incorrectly in my BIOS? AFAIK, I have everything set to default (auto).
