How can I return monitor to default settings after using Nvidea wizard?

I use QuickMonitorProfile and QuickGamma but perhaps mistakenly also ran the
NVidea monitor wizard. I do not know if using both will result in a double
profile when printing from Photoshop CS3 with the printer set to no color
    adjustment.

How can I return the NVidea wizard setting to the default? Where does it
    store its profile?

    regards,

Right click desktop and go to display settings, under advanced are color
profiles, just select the profile and then click remove.
