Where does the AMD Phenom II X4 Quad-Core 810 2.60GHz rank in CPU
power in the AMD product line?

Try the Tomshardware charts. The 810 is very similar to the 910,
except apparently it has 4MB L3 instead of the 6MB L3 of the 910.
And that shouldn't change the performance too much. There are
four processors from AMD in this chart, that are faster than the
    910. The 910 runs at about 78% of the performance of the
    top entry.

A benchmark like WinRAR or Photoshop, may detect difference in
cache structure better than the other benchmarks. But since your
exact processor hasn't been tested, it would be unfair in
those benchmarks, to use the 910 to guess at the performance
of the 810. But other, less cache dependent benchmarks, may
use the 910 as an estimate of the 810.
