    Hi everybody
I've got a hard drive, accidentally damaged when was powered when the
computer was working. The HDD is a Maxtor 4D040H2 and I wonder if I
can recover information from the disk replacing the card at the bottom
of the disk with with another card from a second (same model) disk. I
wonder if it woulb be so simple and if that procedure is or not
    destructive.
    Thanks a lot in advance
