How to connect Seagate Barracuda Super ATA drive into a Dell Dimension 4700?

I could really use some help on this one...I just cracked my father's
Dell Dimension 4700 to install a Seagate Barracuda Super ATA 120G drive
as a second drive and the connectors look nothing like the ribbon
connector on the back of the drive. This is the first I've seen of this
type of connector, it's got like 4 pins and instead of being in series
like the ribbon connector it attaches right to the motherboard.

Do I need a different drive, or is there an adapter that will suffice?

Thanks in advance for the help...

Can you take a pic and post a link? This will help. How old/new is the
machine? Are you sure it's a sata board and not an IDE or SCSI setup?
