HP All-In-One 900 series fax log missing

I have an HP All-In-One 900 series. It usually works perfectly. But, just recently I am unable to retrieve fax logs. Everything else on it works, but when I click the fax log button I get nothing. The program freezes and I have to use control/alt/delet to stop the process in order to close it. Is there anything that can fix this?
