Help please from an ageing (but willing to learn) non-techno.
I have recently purchased this All-in-One printer and am very pleased with its performance for home use. However, a couple of days ago, it just stopped showing the ink levels just before I printed any document. I have followed the HP Help which directed me to Printer Toolbox but this will NOT open!
What can I do to restore the ink level indicator, please?
