HP e-PC C10 e-Vectra

i have an old HP e-PC C10 e-Vectra which doesn't work anymore. it comes up and does nothing and it can't be turned off using the power switch. i guess the mainboard is wrecked.

is there a substitute for the mainboard available in germany or does somebody know this issue and knows how to fix it??
