HP m8120n - Core 2 Quad 6600 - Core Speed?

    I just bought an HP m8120n with the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 processor running at 2.4 GHz.

    I found a review of the Q6600 that displays a CPUz screen-shot displaying the Core Speed as "2405.4 MHz" with a Multiplier of "x 9.0".

    When I run CPUz on my new system (Vista Ultimate), however, CPUz always reports a Core Speed of "1600.0 MHz" with a Multiplier of "x 6.0".

    Any ideas ?
