  1. T42 Error # 1802

I am trying to use the recovery
    disks to reinstall the default
system on my T42 Laptop after
    running linux.

    I keep getting an error
    # 1802 Image file invalid or corrupted.

    Anyone else seen this ?

    Paul,
I'm *guessing* that this is because you may have wiped out the IBM
recovery partition when you were allocating drive space for Linux. I
haven't really gotten into how the IBM/Thinkpad/Lenovo stuff works..but
    that's my guess
