IC7-MAX3 dual channel ram not enabled

I am running a 3.4 prescott on IC7-MAX3 with 2 x 1024mb sticks of corsair installed correctly into matching slots. I cant seem to get it to run in dual channel mode even though it should detect it automatically when installed right.

Everest and CPU-Z confirm this also.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
