ICC Profile for Ultra VGA 1280 17" monitor

Hi

I need an ICC profile for my HP Ultra VGA 1280 17" colour monitor so I can correctly see digital pictures and put them on the web.

I know that the monitor likely had an installation disk with the ICC profile but that CD is lost and I can't find one in the archives.
