Increasing signal strength on a wireless system

    I have a new Sony Vaio centrino laptop (it's lovely). I pick up a wireless signal from our office router (Belkin) which is situated 20m across from the house. The signal strength is always low although constant but............is there any way I can boost the signal strength?

    From the router add a bridge or another router to extend you signial.
