Installing Server 2003 on Dell Demision 2400

hello i am newibe here i have a simple question .


How do i install Windows server 2003 standard on my Dell Demision 2400 ?


I have installed it and when it completes the install it just goes into a boot cycle .


I have used the search option here and found nothing.
