The IS7 has the AGP card moved over one PCI-notch towards the CPU (compared to many other MBs including the IC7 series). This can cause potential mechanical clearance problems to the Northbridge for video cards with heat-sinks or fans on the back of the video card -- especially the MSI nVidia FX5900 which has fan cooling on the back of the board. Also, the close proximity of the hot video card, the Northbridge and the CPU is likely to make the area around the Northbridge very toasty indeed, fan or not.
Anyway, check your video card clearances from the IS7 Northbridge fan/heat-sink BEFORE ordering any of the fancy, new and hot video-cards that have any cooling-solutions (passive or active) on the BACK of the card. Or before replacing the Northbridge fan with any passive heat-sink.
