Hello, I have an IS7.

Should I use both the ATX12V(ATX12V1) AND the ATXPWR1 coonectors?

absolutely. on Pentium 4 boards, you use the ATX power for main power and the AUX ATX power to help with supplying necessary power to the CPU.

Thank you.

The user's manual was a bit vague.

See any large power-socket on mother-board. Look for mating power-plug on power-supply. No such plug, junk the power-supply.

Also, make sure that your power-supply can deliver at least 15A (and preferably 17A) from the +12V supply. Especially if you are running a 3.0+ GHz P4 and are considering one of the top-end video cards. nVidia FX5900/5950, Ati9700/9800 series.
