Hi! I am having a problem installing the sounds driver on the Abit IS7
motherboard in Windows XP. It keeps saying "data is invalid" I have tried
the windows registery by changing the permissions and I have tried it 100
different ways and it still keeps telling me it's invalid. I have downloaded
the latest drivers for the sound and the latest Bios update for the
motherboard, Still can't get it to accept it. Any thoughts or Ideas would be
    SO helpful :)

    Thanks! :)

Are you trying to use XP drivers or the IS7 native
drivers? I think it's part if the IS7 .INF drivers you
    can download from Abit...

I have tried both drivers, Tried the Abit first, then tried the XP, Both
gave same errors. Thanks for the reply :)
