JUSB2 Red Light 4

    Hello,

    I'm trying to install the MB, but it does not post. I installed the
    USB 2.0 card which only displays a red light in position 4. I looked
    at page 1-6, but this simply tells me the sequence of the boot
    process. Anyone help?
