I just got a surprise BIOS level message when starting my system up - from
memory it was something like "Started in Safe Mode- check your over-clocking
settings". I pressed F1 and the machine booted up normally. I then did a
cold restart and found that the BIOS settings in the Cell page hadn't
changed - so my machine is running (very slightly) overclocked as normal.
The message appeared on the very first BIOS page (the one where it detects
the disk drives etc.) - and froze the machine until I hit the key.

Never seen this message before. Any idea what this means, why its suddenly
appeared now - and is worth worrying about?

    PS - I have 250 MHz RAM, so run my X2 4400 processor at 9 * 250 instead of
the default 11 * 200 (hence my "slight" overclock).
