Hiya,

I have a KD7-RAID MoBo and all works fine. however if say a game crashes or if I even need to restart manually it never does. What happens is that it will go through the restart and then die, just sit there and loses video signal as if it were going to go into POST but never does :-/ If I attempt to restart using the restart button, I might have to try it up to 10 times with maybe a 5% chance of it booting back up. I usually need to power down for about 15 - 20 seconds and then power back on again and even then I might have a 50% chance of this happening again!!

My system is as follows:

Abit KD7-RAID MoBo (RAID not setup)
256 X 2 2700 Crucial RAM
60 Gig HDD IBM
Radeon 9700
2600+ XP Thoroughbred
OS is XP but that should not matter!

I am running the FSB at 167 X 2 so only 1 inceremnet up from normal, but it still happens at 166, rest of BIOS is more or less defaulted. Any ideas?

TIA,

Sounds like maybe a PSU issue :/

Does it still do this with the FSB at 133MHz?
