KG-7-R FSB how fast it to fast?

I have a slight fear of pushing it ! Right now it's @ 140 is there a (safe) limit? Sandra says my FSB is at an unsafe level ! OSSS NO SMOKE YET (gulp) NoJOB@aol.

the "safe" limit is just watching the temperatures, really. long as you don't overheat and the system is still stable, then ya keep going!
