I been searching through this group and on the web, but I've yet to find a concrete answer as to if these two will work together or not. I *thought* they would, so I purchase the Tbred B to replace my 2100 Palomino. Well after updating the BIOS, Clearing CMOS and all kinds of other suggestions I've heard I can't get this combination to even boot. My pc will turn on but I never get video or a post beep. I can slap my old cpu in and all is well again. I'd love to get this working and overclock the hell out of it, but right now I don't see that happening. Any help would be much appreciated.

Has anyone heard of this *exact* combination working together?

Thanks,

Joe

Yes. And yes they will work. If all else fails, lock the multiplier. Problem solved (unless the problem is power or something else). If you can't raise your FSB for enough speed, adjust the multiplier on the cpu. Or before you do all that, you might want to try the pin mod here.
