Can anyone help
XP shuts down and switches the computer off fine. When I hit the restart button however, XP does a normal shut down but then hangs with a blank screen. I have tried clearing the CMOS and unplugging all the PCI cards and at a loss as to what to try next. I have the latest bios and haven't overclocked the board.
Would appreciate any help in resolving this.
