I think this is a motherboard problem, but I'm not really sure either.

I had my system running stable for about 1.5 weeks without a reboot, and while playing a game my system locks up. So I reboot, but the system wont boot. Everything turns on (fans etc etc), but the monitor doesnt display anything, and HDD doesnt do anything. I get no beeps or anything while I turn it on. Ive tried swapping in and out a video card, ram, unplugging everything, only having video/keyboard/hdd/one dimm in, nothing works!

I have no idea what happened!!!!!!

Based on your description, the highest probabilities are either the cpu or the motherboard. And between the two, the highest probability is the voltage converter (to supply voltage to the cpu) on the motherboard.

Can you try your cpu in a friends motherboard to eliminate it as the problem?

I would also reset the bios. I can't see how anything could change but it is easy to do. Just something else to try. I know I played with bios settings and made a change that did exactly what you are describing.
