Kt7a raid v1.3 b4 bios modded

Hi,

Please could someone post the kt7a raid bios b4 with modded highpoint drivers (2.34) if its out there?

I have done a search on biosmods and sudhian but had no luck

If its the same as the th7, and I imagine it is. It will be part of the latest mobo bios .bin file

When I re-flashed the bios (got it from the Abit web site) the post screen confirmed it to be the latest 2.34 version.

.... mind you, I still can't get it to work under XP though

The latest bios for your KT7A Rev 1.3 is A9, and it has been modded to include the Highpoint 2.34. It's in the drivers and downloads section of the
KT7A FAQ at http://www.sudhian.com/showfaqs.cfm?fid=2

ok first things first

A9 bios is For all boards except KT7A/KT7A-RAID v1.3
the 9R bios is for v1.3 only and the latest shown on sudhian.

and if you check out the abit site the newest bios for the 1.3 kt7a raid is actually the b4 Bios Issue Date:2002/08/22. it would appear that for some reason or another they have not done a mod of this bios on the sudhian site :|

so if anyone out there has seen a modded version of this bios please could you point me in the right direction.

You're right about the Rev., of course. I actually looked it up and then mistyped ;>(

TomG has the B4 on his ftp site, but I don't know which HP version is in it. Might ask him. Otherwise, patching the HP bios into the Abit bios isn't that hard.

i've tried it and got no problem with it, but i think it's only using 2.32 HPT bios
