Kudos to Abit

  1. In July 2002 I purchased an Abit SA6R MB. It of course had the faulty caps
which revealed themselves June 2004 with constant rebooting. As far as I
could tell 6 caps were leaking and 8 bulging. The board had a one year
    warrantee which expired July 2003.
I contacted ABIT, they issued an RMA, sent the board and within one week I
received back a replacement board (with the new style caps). Thanks to ABIT
for wonderful customer service. I will certainly recommend ABIT boards to
friends and will look at them first when considering new MBs in the future.
