Laptop does not response

Hi all .

I have my Laptop nc6120

when i tried to switch it on ..

I surprised that the laptop cannot respond to me ..

just the light is start for 5 second and suddenly gone and nothing is work

I opened the keyboard to see the CPU & fan I found that the fan does not works as well as the laptop att all >

I did somehtings which is

1- cleaning the CPU

2- clleaning the FAN

but unfortunitly it is the same

can any body gude me for new testing >>

I do not want to lose motherboard
