LCD Monitor failure

Discussion in 'Hardware' started by Philip Washington, Apr 19, 2005.

  1. I have an 19" LCD monitor from SONY and I turned on the screen today
and I have a vertical blue streak. Is this a common failure mode on
LCD monitors? I've only had it about 5 months is there any possible
way for me to fix it or is the best thing to try and send it back?

Kind of dampens my enthusiasm for LCD monitors.
