Leopard Permissions Problem

Discussion in 'Apple' started by Truck Estevez, Feb 15, 2008.

  1. OK so here's the deal, my friends and I took a G5 and turned it into a
makeshift file server. Basically we have a shared hard drive on the G5
    that contains 5 directories.

Then I have 3 users, each one having read/write access to the hard
drive, and by default, all of it's directories/contents...

Here's the problem, if one of us creates a new directory, it's only
giving them read/write access, not all of us. Point is, all of need
full access to these directories and files... What am I doing wrong?
