looking to upgrade

    hey all, just looking for a little bit of help. am looking to upgrade some of my computer and not looking to build an entire new rig, mainly looking to upgrade video card and maybe processor.

    looking to see what the biggest upgrade of both my motherboard can handle without replacing it:

    motherboard is: Gigabyte GA-M59SLI-S5
    current video card is: NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT
    current processor is: AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual core processor 4200+

    again, just looking for some information or a good lead to the information. main upgrade looking at is the video as there are a few games scheduled to release over the next year or so and current config probably wont handle them.
