M5A97 EVO SSD Boot Problem

    I have a M5A97 EVO that I have installed Samsung SSDs. Everything works OK except when I try and do a restart BIOS will not come back. I have to do a hard restart and then Windows 10 splash starts followed by the boot message to select the Windows 10 system from a list.
