Machine is Asus Z390-E, i9-9900K chip with 32 RAM and an Intel M.2 SSD as the boot drive. The other disks are conventional (spinning) SATA drives with MBR partition scheme but none of them have an OS on them.

There is nothing wrong with any of the disks and data is visible when they're attached to another computer. Disconnect the disks and it boots just fine.

    BIOS Settings
    Fast Boot is enabled
    Secure Boot is enabled
    CSM is enabled
Boot Device Control > UEFI and Legacy OPROM
    SATA Controllers > Enabled
SATA Mode > Intel RST RAID
All SATAs are Enabled, All Hotplugs are Disabled

Thanks for any suggestions - rev
