Motherboard CPU anti-bending frame?

I have acquired an ASUS TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS WiFi which I am doing my first full build (not an upgrade to existing PC) I am mounting a DeepCool AK400 DIGITAL CPU Air Cooler Display Screen 220W TDP 4 Heat Pipes Single-Tower CPU Cooler ARGB Strips for AMD AM4/AM5 LGA 1700/1200/115X and have added a second fan making it a push/pull cooler. My question is; I am wondering if a Thermalright AM5 Secure Frame Black AM5 CPU Holder, Corrective Anti-Bending Fixing Frame is worth buying or not? Do these frame work or it is just eye candy?
