MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R and Corsair

Discussion in 'AMD Overclocking' started by Darren Priestnall, Oct 21, 2003.

  1. Has anyone managed to get the MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R working with 2 * Corsair
    512MB DDR XMS3200C2PT Plantinum CAS2 memory?

This motherboard just doesn't seem stable with XMS3200 memory, regardless of
    timing settings.

Anyway, I've tried different timings in the BIOS, the voltage is up to 2.7
and I'm using the latest BIOS revision available, I was just wondering if
anyone had managed to get more success than me with this kind of setup.

    Thanks

I'm glad I did not build a 64 based system yet, I'm going to safely wait
things out for a month or two and see what goes on. As far as the bios
update you were talking about earlier, I hope they release it soon. Did you
not check the msi website before purchasing your ram?
