My ASUS MB WS X299 Sage won't post

    My ASUS WS X299 Sage won't post.

    So the motherboard has 4 post status LEDs - CPU, DRAM, VGA & Boot.So, it never gets past CPU. No BIOS screen, nothing. So, I've done a couple simple things - make sure the cpu little guilds are lined up properly, Swapped PSU's, removed all but 1 stick of memory, No difference.

    ASUS WS X299 Sage - new unknown
    Intel Core i9-7920X - new unknown
    G.Skill DDR4-3000 8GBx4 - new unknown
    Corsair 1000 w PSU - new unknown
    EVGA GTX 1070 ti FTW2 - known to operate properly
