My computer wont boot

    hmm so yea i just installed a 9250 radeon pci graphics card while installing the patches for it the computer locked up and gave me that "computer is unstable" screen so i manual shutdown the computer but when i tried to reboot it when i press the power button it doesnt turn on. could this be because of the graphics card or is something on my motherboard fried?:confused:
