I'm looking for some information regarding a cmos image sensor that National
Semiconductor used to make - the LM9638. It seems that NS has now sold its
cmos image sensor department to Kodak, and they don't (as yet) have many
technical details on their website. In particular, I'm looking for "LM9638
Application Note 4", referred to in the LM9638 datasheet. If anyone has a
copy, or knows where I could get it, I'd be grateful for the information.

Also, does anyone know whether Kodak sells to "little people" (we'd be
looking at buying several hundred cmos image sensors per year)? Do they
sell through distributers or do they deal directly with manufacturers?
