Need empowering technology

    I am lookoing for a way to get empowering technology back on my acer aspire 1300 desktop the acer website doesn't have a download for my model and the tech I chatted with gave me a site to get it from but it says I have a push alt and f10 repeatedly and that does nothing I even had a IT freind try that and it doesn't work he said I had to have empowering technology on my acer for it to work.It was on my computer when I bought it but at some point it disappeared, I don't know how but it could of been when I lost a bunch of my music and pictures.Can anyone tell me how to put empowering technology back on my computer ,with it I can restore it back to the way I bought it and thats what I want to do.I already put everything I needed on usb?:(
