Hi ELouan -
I had a KT7-Raid system with an Athlon 1.2 GHz (with a 100 MHz FSB) for quite a while and, though it's not exactly the same board and chipset as the KT7A, it does use the same BIOS. The BIOS flashed to the board is the latest: A9. Following are the BIOS settings I used, which served me quite well (and my dad, who is still using the board, as far as I know, uses the same settings). On the system, he has two hard disks, attached as Masters, on the Raid controller.
