Need MMX Support

    I have an Asus motherboard that is quite old, but still serves me well. It's a M4A87TD/USB3. I have an AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor. I do some photo editing and the latest upgrade for my photo editing software recommends MMX Support, which I do not have right now. Can I replace just my processor with one that supports MMX or do I have to also replace the motherboard?
