    I have just assembled a system using a L7S7A2 board (3/13/03 bios), an
    Athlon XP 2200+ cpu and an Antec 400W psu. I have a couple of questions:

    1) My cpu core voltage shows 1.568v but the 2200+ specs say it should be
    1.65v. Even with +5% I can only get it to 1.63v. Is this normal? Also,
    according to Motherboard Monitor, The DDR voltage is a swings between 1.75
    and 2.5v. Surely this can't be right?

    2) My board is rev.1.1 (not 1.1A). Why is rev. 1.1 not mentioned on the ECS
    site? I don't think the latest June bios suits this board, which is why I'm
    using the March one.

    System seems stable enough but I have had the dreaded
    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen.

    I've just tried a different psu... same result. Hmmm!

    You know they make digital multimeters that can quickly verify the
    voltages that MBM is giving you. I think you need one.
