I just bought an abit motherboard NF7-M DDR400, ATA133 chipset nvidia
    nForce2IGP, audio and video(GeForce4MX) onboard.
Cpu AMD AthlonXp 2600+ FSB 333MHz.
Ram Dimm DDRAM 512 PC 333 GEIL PC2700
    Win98Se.
I cannot have the onboard periferals working.
Windows boot only if display is 640x480 256 colours, and crashes
    almsot istantly.
The audio works only on the front channel and it chops the
sounds(plays only a couple of second and then skips);setting the
hardware acceleration on none it goes regular.
I update the bios, all the drivers, directx and tried with win2k and
    winXp,but it makes no difference.

    Thanks.
    Lorenzo
