NF7-S rev. 2.0 RT1 Temperature Thermistor too high??

    Hi, the RT1 temperature thermistor seems to me to be too high on a new nf7-s
    that I just recieved. When I insert a processor it lies on top of the diode
    and does not sit completely in the socket. Should I bend the thermistor a
    little towards the bottom? If I do, should it [the thermistor] be touching
    the bottom of the cpu or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes, just push it down. Try to have it just touch the bottom of the
    CPU, as the closer it is, the more accurate the temp reading will be.
    This is common; I had to do the same thing with mine when i got it.
