NF7-S v2.0 Shutdown then Rebooting problem

Is anyone else having this problem:

When you do a shut down from WinXP, it wont shut down, it reboots instead? I have reinstalled OS twice, using new drivers, new bios and nothing seems to work, and help or ideas would be great!!

Not in my case. It was an old poor power supply. A new modern psu stopped it.

Excellent, I swapped power supply and it works like it should. I love this board, very VERY fast!!! Thanks RMS!!!
