NF7-S v2 and bios 19

I've been reading a few other forums on the v2 19 bios and it's getting mixed results. I just wanted to see if anyone from this forum has tried the bios 19 update for the NF7-S v2 board.

Can you come back and let us know how the 18 bios refit affected your clockability of that barton compared to the 19? I have one here too.
